Advanced Loyalty features
Add customer name
Sign in the customer with his phone number > Accounts > add name
Add points to new customer (converting stamps)
Customers will collect automatically Loyalty Points for ordered items.
Learn now how to add manually Loyalty Points to a customer account.
1. Sign In Loyalty Member
2. Open "Accounts"
3. Tap Points
4. "Add pts:" in the now open window and Save.
Apply free Rewards and Offers to order
Start the order by signing in the customer to Loyalty.
1. After adding the Item, tap the item, choose the Reward
Proceed to Tender Screen.
If a payment is still due after applying the reward, process the payment.
Otherwise tap Other and Close Order ($0 order).
2. While processing the payment, the customer will be prompted to the loyalty member window where she can tap on a coupon to apply it to the order. If multiple coupons are available, swipe left right to see them all.
If multiple Items are ordered, select an item and apply offer.
Add a Credit Card to a Loyalty account
Swipe the Card and choose either "Join Now" or "Already a member?"
Start an Order by adding Items. In the Tender screen choose Credit/Debit. Swipe the card. You will be prompted to ‘Join Now’ the loyalty program.
To add the Credit Card to an existing account, tap ‘Already a member’ instead.
Enter now the customers mobile number or scan a Rewards Card and touchpoint will sign in to the users account, thus adding the new Credit Card. That’s it!
Delete Credit Card from Loyalty Account
Tap Loyalty Member to sign in the User > open "Account" > find the Credit Card > Swipe left and delete.

1. Selling Gift Card
Gift Cards - Faster scan of multi-gift card
The new UI makes it easy and fast to add a bunch of cards. The system does the counting for you.
Example: Let's sell seven new $10 cards
1. Grab a stack of empty Gift Cards,
2. Find on the menu the Gift Card item and select it to add it top the order.
3. Choose $10 and tap "Scan Card"
4. Scan the first card.
The first card is ready, great! But we want to sell seven Gift Cards, each loaded with $10...
After the first scan, Touchpoint will present two buttons [Finish $10 x 1 ] and [Load Another].
If only one Gift Card is ordered, tap [Finish $10 x 1 ] and proceed with the payment.
Don't choose [Finish $10 x 1 ] though because we want to add seven cards to the order, not only one. Therefore tap [Load Another] and scan a second card, then a third, fourth...
Keep repeating the steps (tap "Add Another", then scan card) until it says [Finish $10 x 7 ].
Tap [Finish $10 x 7 ] and proceed to the Tender Screen to get the cards paid.
2. Add reward card to Loyalty Account / Linking gift cards to a customer
A new Gift Card with a Balance of $0 cannot be linked to a Loyalty Account. 1. Add Value to the Gift Card then 2. add Gift Card to Loyalty Account.
To link a Gift Card to an existing Loyalty Account follow the steps below:
1. Sign In the Loyalty Member
2. Open "Profile"
3. Scroll down to Gift Cards and tap "Add Card / Edit Rewards"
4. "Add Reward Card"
4. Scan the card with the iPad camera
5. The gift card is now successfully attached to the loyalty account
