Cash Batch deposit (Batch Count)

You’ve learned how to Open, Close Out, Hot Swap and Count out drawers. See now how to combine them in a batch and get your deposit ready.

Touchpoint strongly recommends to establish a closing procedure including a Batch Count at the end of every day.

Combining closed Cash drawers in a Batch

In Touchpoint you combine several closed cash drawers from all Registers to a Batch, for reporting and depositing purposes.

Close Out Active Cash drawers

Prepare the Batch Count by closing out active and counting out hot swapped Cash Drawers.

Batch Count - Closing a Batch

All Drawers are counted out? Great!

Re-count the money from all drawers and the Batch Count combines it into one verified deposit to your bank.

When finalising, a deposit slip is printed.

The Batch includes counted cash from all those drawers.

Touchpoint strongly recommends to establish a closing procedure including a Batch Count at the end of every day.
